On Monday morning we revealed our brand new concept boutique at Pacific Fair on the Gold Coast. With Pacific Fair being our very first Queensland boutique back in 1998, we were compelled to transform it into something extra special for our customers.
Our grandest boutique yet was redesigned by our own in-house Store Design Team in conjunction with local architects, who drew inspiration from the character and lifestyle of the Gold Coast KOOKAÏette – laid back and carefree, yet sleek and sophisticated.
Behind our custom built, tiled façade adorned with timber shutters and planter boxes, we’ve created an intimate, resort style shopping experience. Our signature marble, stone and leather finishes have been paired back with features exclusive to the Pacific Fair boutique such as a lounge area, oak and cane furniture and a warmer colour palette to complement the Queensland climate.
The boutique features artwork by local Byron Bay artist Jai Vasicek, commissioned especially for KOOKAÏ and inspired by our campaign models and setting, with gold leaf, azure blue and rose tints against a raw, organic timber backdrop. Jai even added finishes touches to his pieces on Monday in front of some of our very first visitors to the new store.
With its defined spaces, and clean but fluid styling, we’ve created the ultimate environment for the KOOKAÏ girl to make inspired fashion choices and view our new Spring/Summer collection.
We’re sure you’ll love our new Pacific Fair boutique as much as we do and look forward to welcoming you into our new space and styling you in there soon!
