RETURNS & EXCHANGES +-

Item(s) purchased via E-boutique can be returned for a full refund or exchange (excluding postage) within 14 days of receiving your original order, providing our return Terms & Conditions are met.

Alternatively item(s) can be returned in store at any of our KOOKAÏ boutiques for a credit voucher or exchange. If you choose to return your item(s) to a KOOKAÏ boutique please bring along a copy of your invoice which can be found via a link in your shipping confirmation email. 

Subject to our Terms & Conditions, E-boutique does not provide refunds for sale or clearance items. These item(s) can be returned to E-boutique or in store for a credit voucher or exchange providing our return conditions are met.

Please note E-boutique does not accept returns on 50%-70% off sale items, subject to our Terms & Conditions. Items purchased at 20% off are not considered sale items and are eligible for returns. subject to our Terms & Conditions

Any items received by E-Boutique that do not comply with our return conditions will be returned to sender. 

Please note: we do not accept returns or exchanges to our E-Boutique or KOOKAÏ boutiques on jewellery other than as required by the Australian Consumer Law as detailed in our Terms & Conditions.

INITIATE YOUR RETURN +-

Please visit the initiate your return page and follow the instructions to lodge a return or exchange for your item(s) 

 

A return label will be generated for item(s) being sent back for a refund at a flat rate of $8. This amount will be deducted from the total refund amount when the return is processed.

 

Please note item(s) being sent back for an exchange are subject to the availability of the requested item(s). Our E-boutique team will be in contact to verify your exchange and send a complimentary return label.


Returns Via Alternative Carrier


If you would like to return your item(s) via a carrier of your choice please contact E-boutique via concierge@kookai.com.au to authorise your return.
We recommend sending your return via trackable post as the goods are your responsibility until they reach E-boutique.

HOW LONG DOES MY RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS? +-
Due to increased safety measures we have implemented as a result of the COVID-19 situation, please allow up to 7 days to receive your refund from when we receive your parcel.

 

Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the return has been processed.

Visibility of your refund may vary depending on your payment method and provider and can take up to 5 business days. 

Where the original payment method is no longer available, we may issue a gift card or exchange.

FAULTY ITEMS +-

If an item you have purchased from us is faulty please get in contact via our Returns Page or by contacting E-boutique via concierge@kookai.com.au to discuss your options for repair, replacement, exchange or refund, subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please provide an image of the fault so we can assist you further.
