Delivery

Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders during our sale period, dispatch times may be longer than usual. Our team is working hard to process all orders as quickly and safely as possible, but you may experience a delay before your parcel is shipped.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’re so grateful for your support during this busy period.

We will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. 

• Orders placed before 2pm AEDT weekdays (excluding Monday) will be dispatched same day.
• Orders placed after 2pm AEDT will be shipped the following business day. 
• During sale, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes.

Standard delivery is free for orders $150 and over. A Flat Rate of $10 per order applies for orders under $150. Express delivery is free for orders $200 and over. A Flat Rate of $15 per order applies for orders under $150. For more information on delivery options, please click here.

You will receive your tracking number via your shipping notification email.
The tracking status on your order will become valid once your parcel is in transit.

During sale periods, there may be slight delays in receiving your order due to increased volumes. 

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site.

If this is not noticed until after your order is finalised, please contact us via +61 382900599 Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm AEST or concierge@kookai.com  Dispatch of orders may be delayed when address correction or amendment is requested.

Please note there may be instances where we are unable to correct or amend your address.

Please note that during our sale/promotional events, Same Day Delivery Afternoon, Tonight & Saturday may be unavailable.

Delivery to PO Boxes (including Parcel Lockers) is not available with Same Day Delivery; orders addressed to a PO Box will be posted back to sender.

Standard and Express Delivery - Orders are delivered with Authority to Leave (ATL), meaning your parcel may be left in a safe place without needing a signature. In some areas, our delivery partner may require a signature at their discretion or take it to your local post office for collection.

Same Day Delivery - Authority To Leave is a requirement for Same Day delivery, however if it is determined that it is not safe to leave the goods or delivery is not possible for any other reason, your parcel may be returned to us, and our team will contact you regarding your order.
