We’ll take payment via phone and arrange for your order to be posted directly to you.

Please note: Phone Orders are available on full priced product only and are subject to stock availability. 

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Pending stock availability, our Customer Support Team will locate your chosen item/s in one of our boutiques and have it posted to you with for a $10 Express delivery fee. During the call, we will collect your contact details, shipping address and process payment via your preferred payment method. Your contact details will be collected and used by us in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.

 

Payment methods accepted

We accept Visa and Mastercard for all phone orders. Unfortunately, we can’t process phone orders via KOOKAI Gift Cards, AMEX, Diners, Paypal, Buy Now Pay Later Providers or ‘HER’ Gift Cards.

 

Returns

All phone order purchases are subject to the same Returns and Exchanges Policy as online purchases. You’re most welcome to exchange your Phone order in boutiques, subject to the terms and conditions.
