KOOKAÏ proudly offers Klarna as a payment option for purchases between $35 - $1,000 made through our E-Boutique.

Klarna is an alternative payment method that allows you to shop now, receive now, and pay later via interest-free instalments.

Making a payment with Klarna

You can complete your KOOKAÏ E-Boutique purchase with Klarna by selecting ‘Klarna’ as your payment method at checkout and entering in your existing Klarna account details or registering for a new Klarna account. Gift Cards cannot be purchased from the E-Boutique using Klarna.

Your first instalment of the purchase price will be processed at the time of purchase, with the balance payable in 3 equal fortnightly instalments. Individual credit limits may apply to your account, which you can check by logging into your Klarna account. Klarna may require ID verification and conduct credit checks to use Klarna as a payment option. For more information on this process please visit the Klarna website

Please note, Klarna may impose a late instalment fee if you are unable to make a payment by the scheduled date. Late payments currently incur between $3.00 – 15.00 late instalment fee for each late payment. Returning items purchased with Klarna

Purchases made with Klarna in the KOOKAÏ E-Boutique are subject to the same Returns and Exchange policy as for purchases via other payment methods.

Where you are entitled to a refund of your order, any remaining instalments left on your Klarna payment plan will be cancelled, and the amount paid to date will be refunded to you directly by Klarna.

KOOKAÏ proudly offers Afterpay as a payment option for purchases made through our E-Boutique.

Afterpay is an interest free, deferred payment method that allows you to shop now, receive now, and pay later via four equal fortnightly installments.

 

Making a payment with Afterpay

You can complete your KOOKAÏ E-Boutique purchase with Afterpay by selecting ‘Afterpay’ as your payment method at checkout and entering in your existing Afterpay account details or registering for a new Afterpay account.

When paying with Afterpay, your first installment will be processed at the time of purchase. There is no minimum purchase requirement to use Afterpay in the KOOKAÏ E-Boutique, however maximum transaction limits apply to your Afterpay account, which may vary from time to time. You can check your personal transaction limit by logging into your Afterpay account. Afterpay may require ID Verification to use Afterpay as a payment option. Please note, Afterpay may impose late payment fees if you are unable to make a payment by the scheduled date. Late payments currently incur a $10 late payment fee, with an additional $7 fee where a payment remains outstanding for a total period of 7 days. Openpay is an interest free, deferred payment method that allows you to shop now, receive now, and pay later over 2 or 3 months.

Making a payment with Openpay

You can complete your KOOKAÏ E-Boutique purchase with Openpay by selecting ‘Openpay’ as your payment method at checkout and entering in your existing Openpay account details or registering for a new Openpay account. 

Your first instalment of 20% of the total purchase price will be processed at the time of purchase, with the balance payable in equal fortnightly instalments. You can select your chosen repayment plan at the time of purchase in your Openpay account. Individual credit limits may apply to your account, which you can check by logging into your Openpay account. Openpay may require ID Verification and conduct credit checks to use Openpay as a payment option. For more information on this process please visit the Openpay Website.  

Please note, Openpay may impose a Plan Creation Fee and/or a Plan Management Fee which you will be advised of at the time of finalising your purchase. Openpay may also impose late payment fees if you are unable to make a payment by the scheduled date. Late payments currently incur a $9.50 late payment fee.
