Klarna is an alternative payment method that allows you to shop now, receive now, and pay later via interest-free instalments.
Making a payment with Klarna
You can complete your KOOKAÏ E-Boutique purchase with Klarna by selecting ‘Klarna’ as your payment method at checkout and entering in your existing Klarna account details or registering for a new Klarna account. Gift Cards cannot be purchased from the E-Boutique using Klarna.
Your first instalment of the purchase price will be processed at the time of purchase, with the balance payable in 3 equal fortnightly instalments. Individual credit limits may apply to your account, which you can check by logging into your Klarna account. Klarna may require ID verification and conduct credit checks to use Klarna as a payment option. For more information on this process please visit the Klarna website.
Please note, Klarna may impose a late instalment fee if you are unable to make a payment by the scheduled date. Late payments currently incur between $3.00 – 15.00 late instalment fee for each late payment. Returning items purchased with Klarna
Purchases made with Klarna in the KOOKAÏ E-Boutique are subject to the same Returns and Exchange policy as for purchases via other payment methods.
Where you are entitled to a refund of your order, any remaining instalments left on your Klarna payment plan will be cancelled, and the amount paid to date will be refunded to you directly by Klarna.
