At KOOKAÏ we develop our people to be the best stylists and customer service providers in the business. It is important for us to empower our people with the skills, encouragement and training to succeed.
As a KOOKAÏ ambassador, you will receive a 3-month training manual and a full day induction to give you the confidence to shine. Throughout your journey, you will also attend ongoing style & product nights, customer service workshops and in-store training sessions. We invest extensive time and regular training for all full time supervisors and leadership roles, with all Store Managers also attending bi-yearly conferences & external training programs.
