Retail Team

We develop our retail ambassadors to be the best stylists and customer service providers in the business.

As a key team member, you will receive a 3-month training manual and a full day induction to give you the confidence to shine.

Throughout your journey, you will also attend ongoing style & product nights, customer service workshops and in-store training sessions.

We invest extensive time and regular training for all full time supervisors and leadership roles, with all Store Managers also attending yearly conferences.

Training includes:

  • Level 1 – Customer Service & Product Knowledge
  • Level 2 – Self-Management & Leadership
  • Level 3 – Business Management

Head Office

At Head Office, all new team members receive a training plan for their first few weeks which includes an induction, welcome gift and introduction to key people and departments.

We also coordinate yearly performance reviews for all employees which includes a 12-month development plan to help you further grow in your career.

In your development plan, you can focus and drive your own learning, to ensure you build the skill set you require to take you to the next step. This includes a yearly training budget to attend external courses.

Being an effective Head Office leader is crucial to our success, so we provide ongoing in-house training workshops and yearly external events for all leaders.
