These sites are not associated with KOOKAÏ in any way and should not be trusted.

Customers should also remain cautious of suspicious emails, text messages, and social media accounts. All official KOOKAÏ profiles on social media display a verified blue tick. If you receive a message from an account that resembles ours but is not verified, it is not authentic and should be blocked and reported.

If you believe you have made a purchase through a fraudulent site, we recommend contacting your bank immediately to request a chargeback. You are also welcome to reach out to our Customer Care team through our live chat or via our contact us page

Additionally, online scams can be reported to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) by calling 1300 795 995 or by visiting the Scamwatch website.
