Available at Chapel St, Brighton, Chadstone & Doncaster (Melbourne) Boutiques
How does it work?
- Once you’ve found the item you love on our website use the Find in Store Feature to check which boutiques have your item in stock for KOOKAÏ Collect.
- Call your preferred boutique with available stock during their listed trading hours, and pay for your item via phone (using Visa, Mastercard, or KOOKAÏ Gift Card).
- Your purchase will be ready right away for a quick, contactless collection at your preferred boutique. (Please bring your photo ID and KOOKAÏ Gift Card (where relevant) to ensure a seamless pickup process!).
KOOKAÏ Collect is currently available:
- Chapel Street: Monday - Friday 11am - 4pm
- Chadstone: Monday - Thursday 11am - 4pm
- Doncaster: Monday - Thursday 11am - 4pm
- Brighton: Tuesday - Friday 11am - 4pm
Please note that we are unable to offer Call & Collect throughout promotional periods.
Payment methods accepted
Visa, Mastercard and KOOKAÏ Gift Cards. Unfortunately, we can’t process KOOKAÏ Collect orders via Paypal, Afterpay or ‘HER’ Gift Cards.
Returns
All KOOKAÏ Collect purchases are subject to our KOOKAÏ Collect Returns and Exchanges Policy, with your choice of a refund, exchange or KOOKAÏ Gift Card for change of mind returns in line with our terms and conditions.
